RETURNS / REPLACEMENT
We want you to love what you ordered! But if something isn't right, here's how we can help. To qualify for a return:
- Request must be done within
7 days after delivery
- Provide an UNBOXING VIDEO

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. It must be in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.

Change of mind (Disliking the scent)
- Return / Refund Request was past 7 days already.

Damaged item due to clients' fault (example : broke the bottle accidentally upon unboxing)
- Client decanted (binawasan/tinakalan) the perfume. Sprayed for a few times is acceptable.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you prefer receiving the refund through other methods, you may contact us and request this.
